How could this possibly be wrong? How could a law keep me from being happy and spending the rest of my life with someone I love? How could a law dictate my future and how others view me? Do you see any wrong in me being happy? I mean honestly, look at me. Look how genuine our smiles are. How could a single soul be so heartless and not accepting of this? I just don’t get it. But honestly, I look at how far I’ve come, and where I stand today, I couldn’t be more proud of who I am. It took a lot to get to where I am now, but without this girl by my side, and friends to support and guide me throughout this journey, I would not be here today. So thank you to everyone who has been there for me. I’ve never been so proud of who I am. And to anyone who is still in the midst of getting to the point of happiness, I want you to know that it’s not always going to be easy, nothing in life comes easy, but eventually good things will start happening and you should be alive to see it.
